Humility

Reality is not perceivable unless we distance ourselves from our own prejudices and dislikes first. When we dislike someone, even a good action from them appears a questionable act. And when we like someone, there is a tendency to become blind and we are unable to see the wrong they do.

It is always and always OUR mind, either loving, graceful and clear OR polluted, clouded and partial. Of course, not many of us can, with humility, acknowledge our perspectives, colored or clear, and find it tough to make the change to a pure mind. We would rather live in pollution because we don’t WANT to acknowledge that we may be toxic to ourselves. So, we live within this energy.

Awareness

If we could realize that surrendering to Ishwara and seeking his grace is the most beautiful feeling that remains through the day. Everything that each day brings, comes with his grace. Because everything is a lesson to work towards balance.

Anything that makes us happy today can turn into sorrow tomorrow. Everything changes. Once we emerge out of our dualities, we can see a third path which is THE PATH of ONE!

The oneness of all existence consciousness bliss. This state of being has to be brought into our awareness.

Peace

Sometime in life, you have to develop

Your sense of peace, which is yours alone.

Whatever you have is enough.

Whatever your needs are will be met by the universe.

HE will decide when you receive, what and how much you receive.

The futility of thoughts can take away from peace.

Comparisons are odious, to say the least.

Moving forward is the key

And the tendency to JUST BE!

Realizations

There is a lot we struggle with at our emotional level. Even our reactions depend on how much maturity we have gained.

If you are in the habit of observing and analyzing emotional reactions, they speak of toxic facets within the self.

Emotional maturity has a lot to do with integration of the personality with the self.

We see the non-integration many a time when really beautiful people are incapacitated in conducting a mature dialogue, incapable of understanding where others are coming from and maybe, the incapability of letting go of anger / rage that causes a withdrawal from people who actually care for us.

We all, as humans, do have feet of clay and sometimes, might not understand the needs of others who are depending on us for their emotional support or maybe, just confused and struggling to find themselves.

But, the opposite also can be true. I guess no one can really know anyone completely. Most mistakes are late realizations, after the effect of our innocent actions are seen to have had an adverse outcome. And that’s why we were given tools such as empathy, kindness, understanding and forgiveness. That maturity which does not brand people according to hurt egos, often completely unintended.

Having a complicated mind that becomes the enemy pushes us away from developing certain universal principles of humanity.

We who are brought up in India have inherited beautiful human values of respect and love that are spreading throughout the world today. That unique factor that is being gradually emulated all over the world.

We value our own. Whether family or friends. We teach our children all of this. It is a pity that we don’t practice what we teach our kids.

Sadly, we may not believe it ourselves today, but practicing values and teaching the future generations those values is the only reason for countries to prosper. By retaining their value systems, and connecting with each other righteously.

Only a practice of this will give us the proof that this works wonderfully well!

Otherwise, spouting text from Ramayana and Vedas is merely a scholastic attempt which remains half baked.

Because THREE steps are required:

Listening ( shravan) analysing( manan )

Internalising ( nidhidhyasan)

How many of us give importance and time to these vital steps?
