Taking the blame heaped on you by others is
not necessary. Life is complicated but we can make it simpler by just choosing
happiness over conflict and drama which gets to be exhausting. It is
impractical to expect anyone to understand our levels of exhaustion, and
therefore, better to sweep our energy clear of anything that causes any dents
in our peace even if it means keeping to oneself and saving valuable personal
energy.
