Choices

I am sure everyone goes through moments when there is a struggle, and you are between the devil and the deep sea. You are damned if you do, and you are damned if you don’t. At such times, how many of us can choose our conscience vis a vis pleasing people? That is the acid test. Would appeasement be the choice, combined with a certain guilt?
