When you don’t have
time, what do you spend your time on? Very important question! Time is of great
essence and there are different priorities for different people. Underlying all
of these, there is a need for keeping some time during the day, not only for
exercising and keep fit but also for inner health. On the latter depends
everything else. Life has many flavors, just like food, and to leave this world
without tasting many, even if not all would be such a shame!
The full utilization
of time would depend on where we are in the present moment and what we value at
the time. No amount of other perception works. The change within gradually also
shifts our priorities. I see that from my own life experiences.
It would be
interesting to jot down how and in which way we prioritized through different
phases in our lives and which important things we left behind. Good way to
reacquaint ourselves with ourselves.
