Futility of ruling the earth

 There is no cure for closed minds. In Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna tries to counsel Arjuna who is so psyched about killing his family members that he closes his mind to Krishna's words.

We also have a Krishna sitting inside of us but our insecurities cloud our minds so much that Krishna finally decides to hold his counsel.

We are misled and ego driven souls who seek to rule the perishable earth whereas Krishna teaches becoming our own masters first so that we understand the futility of ruling the earth.
