Everyone has ups and downs in
life. Those people who are respected are the ones who hold their head up high
with dignity and undaunting faith in themselves as sparks of the Divine.
Depression, helplessness and dejection are futile, for they achieve nothing but
damage to the individual. There is always light at the end of the tunnel if we
can focus straight ahead and move on.
