If
you look at the use of a small object in its micro capacity and enlarge and apply
it on a larger scale, many more benefits would accrue.
For
example, when we talk to cleaning, soap comes to mind. Different cleaning
agents come to mind depending upon what you want to clean.
Similarly,
at the macro level, the bright, white light from the Universe is excellent for
cleansing our aura and our chakras. This enables energy harnessing, a healthy flow
and positivity. All you have to do is creative visualization.
Imagine
or visualize a stream or ball of white light covering the body and aura inside
and outside everyday and even a few times a day. The results can be seen in the
emotional and mental strength slowly seeping in and sustaining with regular
practice
