Pastime

Worry, worry, worry! It is the most popular pastime. Sometimes, I think some people thrive on worry. What would they do if they didn't have something to worry about?

So, you worry about your children, your job, whether your staff is going to turn up for work the next day, how much influence you have on others, why you are not popular in a group…etc.

From the more serious to the lighter issues, we just like to worry.

Instead, if we start analyzing the reasons and the root causes of every worry, we may see some light at the end of the tunnel. There are tough karmic experiences that many go through, whether happily or unhappily. But underneath that knowledge is a more profound knowledge that of being protected and helped by the Universe provided we are on the wavelength to receive that help.
