Time to change

Everything takes time. Like, you fall ill. You rest, and rest and medicate yourself and one fine day, you are fine the same way when you hurt and keep hurting about the same or similar issues over and over again. As if a raw wound is being touched repeatedly. And you cry, you vent, ask why many times over ... but nothing changes. And one day, hey presto, you feel enough is enough. You sit up and start moving on. And you feel well again.
Life will always make us imbalanced because our reactions to it are imbalanced. But to get up, hopefully sooner than later, and move on, is the only solution. People won’t change. Situations may take time to change. But we don’t have to keep wallowing till they do.

Tit for Tat

I just read somewhere that people try their best to expose what is wrong with you because they can't handle what is right with you. I find this to be a little unnecessary. Fault finding is an aberration of the mind which tells you that you are not good enough. From your perspective, you might feel good but believe me, it is temporary and the aftermath of feeling guilty and not so good is uncomfortable.
In society, it is normal to speak behind the back of a person because you don't want people to know that you are capable of slander. But slander it is, however much you might try to cloak it. It is your negativity that gets aired and people are quick to sense this as well, although they may not say it to your face.
Many people say that they are just giving tit for tat. But that doesn't stop you from also being in the wrong.
Life is meant to move from strength to strength, to become better and better, more and more compassionate and generous. Instead of pointing out the wrong because you can't handle the right, you can appreciate the right of another and correct the wrong within you. And this applies to all of us.

Self preservation

Wisdom says, listen to your body. It speaks to you. But not everyone is sensitive to their body. Even if they were, the knowledge about the working of the internal system may elude them. So much is constantly said about being positive and shunned BG negativity that they don't even dwell on the possible repercussions.
The fact is, the message posted here is extremely important for our physical health. If our immune system is affected, our future can be pretty badly affected too. The quality of our life may be impaired. Because the cells have life and also respond constantly to our senses and feelings , as does our subtle body like the chakras and the aura.
It would be very simplistic to just advocate avoiding negativity. If it were that easy and simple, why would anyone suffer in any way at all ? However, neither should we stop trying to bring in some transformation with the required knowledge and our own instinct for self preservation and survival.
