For a developing country,
honing attitudes is the major requirement.
Professionalism in anything we
take up is of prime importance. We have this tendency of taking advantage of
anything and everything people want to get done through us. Taking advantage of
people’s needs is an undesirable attitude. Making people chase you after they
trust you and pay you for a legitimate deal which you take your time over
accomplishing. False promises and every
procrastination that goes with it. Our intentions are dubious.
I have never understood this.
Because the more genuine and efficient you are, the more good will you build up
and the more work you get. What sense does it make to let people leave you with
bad experiences, never to return?
We need dharma back in our
lives. Honesty, simplicity, cleans mind and hearts, and empathy, all of which are
necessary for a professional attitude and to sustain business and
relationships.
