Experience

There is a balanced way to look at everything in life. There are always people who love you and those who care with a motive. As we grow older, we get to experience genuineness or the act. But sometimes your trusting nature blinds you to reality.  And sometimes people change also. And sometimes, we change as well.

We need to accept it all. All the characters have been around you and there is also a reason why they fall away. Whatever the reasons, keep calm and balanced, right your wrongs and accept as inevitable what cannot be changed.

Kindness

Kindness is not an oft seen virtue, especially among equals. Doling out charity is not necessarily seen as kindness. There could be other motives. There is real merit in reaching a stage where kindness can be meted out because it becomes your intrinsic nature. When you can actually look at people and not worry about whom they are because you have understood who YOU are. Reach that state and very little matters.

Meditation

It is not always necessary to retort, retaliate or have something to say every time. Sometimes, silence is more potent than words, especially that which is voiced with a deep hurt or accusation.
If you have noticed, words have a way of coming back at you. They have a license to be returned to you, if you know what I mean. But imagine, if you were silent and that silence was returned in a healing way! How very beautiful would that be!
When people have a mutual understanding, they just look at each other with a smile and in silence and all is said and understood. Silence sure has its own language and is more forceful than speech. Provided two people understand the language. Otherwise, meditation would not be a silent language with God.

Exhilarating feeling

You know what the greatest sense of freedom is? When people actually stop affecting you! It is an exhilarating feeling. We store and store and store all kinds of feelings based on all kinds of reactions. And what we really end up doing is tying ourselves up in so many knots...and we seethe and resent and god knows what!! Actually, the quality of our life takes a dip.
Imagine then, if we just stop and take a deep breath and just let go all that we are holding onto!! Wow! Instant freedom! I can hear voices saying, "but it is not so easy". And I say, yes. But it is not so difficult either if you make up your mind.
Stonewalling reactions should be taught from school because we do it so spontaneously! Without thinking.
Once you stop letting yourself get affected, you can smile your way through any situation. And it makes you feel a sense of release and a sense of being in control of your life.

Medication vs. meditation!

Medication vs. meditation! We can heal ourselves. Once you start on medication, we fail to trust our capacity to heal our self and start using medication as a crutch.
It has been proven that intention is the core energy. It can change the composition of the cells. Reiki, the energy that works on faith and acceptance, very often heals in a few minutes. But many don't believe miracles can happen this way. But I speak with personal experience and that of several others.
It would be ideal for every school to teach one energy healing technique along with leading a spiritual life while also being in the real world. Just imagine how wonderful it would be if, along with Math and other subjects and languages, we could heal ourselves with the techniques taught so early in life that we are able to live as healthy and positive people all through our journey.
