Communication

Day by day, things are becoming mechanical with an ever increasing nuisance value! Just look at what we have to tolerate! Keep a cell phone and you are inundated with a million messages, completely meaningless, from call Centre’s you can’t even block! Mindless communication.

You have sales calls harassing you anytime of the day… mercifully, not at night! As yet!

If you block one number, they call you from another. Social media tells you what to watch, who to be friends with and even gently questions you as to why you have not communicated on it for a while.

Money / profits being the whole game, humans are being dragged towards addiction and to losing their sense of good and bad, besides being controlled.

Look at the games we play from the app store. The same level is tough and then made easy when you are giving up, so you can continue and not quit! To keep you on the app, just spiking the challenge a little bit every now and then.

Worse, new inventions are going to create non thinking generations… robots more than humans, thanks to every answer being at their fingertips through just pressing a button. Brilliance will not be defined the way it is today. Artificial intelligence and progressive inventions will render the human being powerless before technology. A huge crutch! Total dependency on technology!

Today, even if our computers pack up, we can do mental math, and much more, because we have been taught it perfectly. We know how to think, feel, understand. We are not helpless. Our thinking faculties still work very well.

Tomorrow, without aids, I wonder what will be the lot of our kids and grandkids, with more ego and more crutches! Where emotions are being programmed into robots, what will happen to the human beings themselves?

Lack of consideration

I think the human species is accelerating the pace of its own destruction. We have gone a little out of our minds due to the virus induced compulsory house arrest and restrictions imposed on us. The frenzy is totally unbelievable!

Europe is under lockdown. International Borders are soon going to shut down, we are told. All the kith and kin, separated family members are not going to be able to travel to their families.

Every mindless gathering is infecting several people, young and old. Yet, weddings with hundreds of guests are being allowed by hotels. Beaches are full. Why not? Rules are merely on paper. Who implements them?

The worst thing is the complete lack of consideration for others around us... the fact that WE, because of our stupidity and lack of control, are risking the lives of so many, family and friends.

No one is happy with the situation but does it help to run amuck? Imagine the loneliness of single senior citizens who have no recourse to any company and are still living more intelligently! This inability to live with ourselves is going to spell doom if we don’t watch out. Maybe, the virus has come in the form of “pralaya” which is the beginning of the end. We had better reform drastically and quickly or take the consequences.

Belief systems

Phrases like “generally speaking” and “by and large” should be generally avoided. These are such a severe conditioning that anything out of these lists can be pretty hard to take.
From a young age, our minds are indoctrinated with these completely impractical generalities unwritten norms which don’t work for everyone. There is no “one size fits all” in life. And we have and continue to see this. Writing verse and facing life are two different things. Idealism and reality don’t even come close sometimes. And yet, our belief systems, even our pattern of loving people is often based on a “should” that comes out of a generality.
“I should do this because he is my dad or she is my mom”. Should? Why? Who wrote the rules book? “Should” doesn’t come from the heart. It is inspired by a motive.
...but still, we carry on and end up confusing others and ourselves. Simple answer! Do what comes straight from your heart individually not generally. And if the heart itself is blocked, see a therapist. But don’t teach too many generalities, because they don’t apply in many cases because people are different. Their thought processes ate different. Their responses are different.

Intelligence on earth

There are wonderful people all over the world. You meet them at various points in your life and they become a source of joy. You don't look for wealth in people. It is the love and caring that even money cannot buy, that makes life beautiful. Imagine how much beauty you miss if you only connect with people when you need them for your benefit.
Upbringing, grace, natural inner beauty are the shining ingredients in humans. Living for yourself is nothing great. When your being responds to those you love, you actually justify your birth as a human being. Because human beings are the highest intelligence on earth. And also have been gifted with a heart.

Personal behaviour

The thing about personal behaviour is that though you may get several accolades or critics by your side, ultimately, you are your own judge. Your motives are your own , and not always fathomed by the onlookers. So, it is probably better to be in a state of equilibrium on the outside and introspective within. No one is going to give you medals or punish you .
Generally, our conscience does all of this. Because we can't hide from ourselves, right ? The buck , therefore, stops right here, with us. It cannot be passed on. And hence, the periodic need for introspection.

World of Vibrations

It's a world of vibrations. We make our destinies as we live a life of higher or lower vibrations. In every aspect, you will see the higher vibration taking over. In the Universe, there is a higher intelligence existing somewhere and maybe a higher one than that somewhere else. Our Universe is not the only Universe that exists in Creation.
Just as a powerful nation is able to dictate to or take over a less powerful one, so can the human species be taken over by a much higher power one day. And there may come a time when the human race itself may become extinct, especially if it keeps sinking into lower and lower vibration frequencies.
We have much to be vigilant about but I don't think we have reached anywhere close to the vigilance levels we need to understand the seriousness of our existence today.

Life of wisdom

We habitually create storms for ourselves. We will go where fools fear to tread as it were. Or even the fearless think twice before treading. And then, we get upset or feel hurt at the outcome.
With idealism, one has to be practical also. I should have the intelligence not to put my hand in the fire when I am aware that the fire burns. But I am not always so intelligent.
"No" is not a bad or offensive word if used correctly. It applies to us mainly. To refuse is a right. And saying "no" to you so as to abstain from foolish indulgences speaks of a cleverness we all need in order to live a life of wisdom.
