Recognize

The law of resonance is the simplest law to understand and if practiced, can turn your life around and bring it into a happy mode.

Just do not react to negativity in anyone. And this can only happen if you yourself are a positive person. As long as you are reacting to people, you too, definitely have some of that negativity within you.

The state of not being swayed is when you come into your own and stop resonating with anyone’s negativity because you are no longer recognizing it within yourself. It is pretty amazing how liberated you feel when you reach that state.

Transition

Our 3D world is full of contradictions because we see separatism everywhere. But actually, it is a manifestation of the feeling of separated ness within us. The fact that we have been endowed with a free-will gives us the freedom to choose. The responsibility therefore, rests with us.

But, working within our low vibrations, we let our prejudices, jealousies and low self esteem dictate our choices.

This was one of the reasons I wrote my book... to say, this will only pull us down. Nothing positive comes out of negative thinking.

The problem of having choices is that if we are not connected with our hearts, somewhere along the way, we will make choices by influencing our intellect with our cloudy and prejudiced minds. The heart is love and minus love, there can be only fear and insecurities.

This situation won’t last long. Those who cannot take a leap from 3D into a 5D unity based world, might actually opt to leave the world.

We have arrived at a stage of rapid transition and must awaken to it.

Wisdom

Sometimes, the shocks life gives you leave you numb and speechless. But it is silly to react so emotionally. People can be callous and cruel. Are you going to give them more power, more energy by hurting? That would be foolish.
Wisdom lies in choosing when to take anyone seriously. Hopefully, never to take anyone seriously like they say, take it with a pinch of salt. Though why they give salt so much importance, I don’t know may be, because salt retains water in the body and similarly, egos bloat people.
So, take a chill pill and move in life like a free spirit. No encumbrances, especially when it comes to undeserving people around you. Not worth killing yourselves with numbness or shock.
Like my guru said, be a witness. No one belongs to you and you don’t belong to anyone. Nature is unfathomable. It is said that a baby scorpion kills its mother after its birth. Is it a surprise then to see what humans can do?

Meditative

I was talking to a friend about ways to keep a daily balance of mind. The two brilliant ways that come to mind are:
Mindful and watching your breath.
It has been my experience that with a regular practice of these two techniques, you will find your sadness/ depression/ conflict etc disappearing.
Mindfulness can also be described as being in a meditative state all day. Be IN the moment, whatever you may be doing. Train yourself because it may take some practice. But once you begin to experience the results, you will truly never go back to a state of unmindful. And it will help in curbing reactions and will help in being proactively responsive.

Visualization

When we think negative, we tend to think and see the worst in everything. We also tend to be more pessimistic during such phases. It can turn into a vicious cycle of thinking the worst, losing hope and again, thinking the worst because we lose hope. This pattern goes into a loop.
But I have also seen such patterns replaced by some very remarkable positive ones. The trick is to always visualize a candle in the darkness. And that flame can expand and expand until there is no darkness. After all, darkness is just an absence of light, isn't it?
The power of thought and of constant positive visualization is irreplaceable. If only humans knew how to channelize their higher self which is a powerhouse?

Perception of reality

If life can be described as per my perception of reality, it is a whole lot of phases, of dots that get connected as you look back. There are periods of transition that come in response to the saturation of one phase. Something works for a period of time and then they don't work too well and this is a time for change. And so the process goes on.
But this is not to say there is no connection. There are links between the phases, or you would not be able to join the dots later in life. As we mature, we can look back and start understanding what happened back there. Not that one should live with guilt and bitterness. Could it have been better? Sure, if YOU knew better! But you didn't. So, what happened?
Many a time, I hear friends talk with great guilt after the bereavement of a parent, about not doing their best. “I could have done better, contacted a better doctor, and been more vigilant". Could you really have? And they carry this burden on an unrecognizable persona: THEM. To what end?
This can be only the result of feeling out of control. But then, we ARE out of control with destiny. It unfolds the way it must and we start imagining that we could have changed it. Yes, but did you? Could you? What does this say to you? Even if it had changed the way you wanted, actually, it was meant to. That's all. Where do you come in? You just try your best. I have to use the cliche "leave it to God".
We speak of the law of attraction, as if it works for all of us. If it were that easy, every human being would want to attain the earth for eternity. So to say, if everyone could take ladder leaps from the first to the 10th step, why would the ladder have the in between steps at all?
Let's get real.

Slice of confidence

Being true to ourselves! How many of us can honestly claim this about ourselves? This in current times is the singularly hardest thing to do. Because the consequences of this we humans cannot take.
We are constantly saying and doing things for the wrong reasons either to be accepted. Or not be isolated or for being popular. Could we ever have the courage to be true to ourselves? Yes, it requires lots of courage, to be different. To stand out among a group that encourages herd mentality. To face even dislike, criticism, ostracisation even, if I were to state extremities.
If I feel something, can I say it? If I am being compelled to be someone else, would I refuse? Be ABLE to refuse? Would I risk the wrath of the people who give me my identity?
Yes, it does take a large amount of courage and a large slice of confidence to go it alone, for it sometimes would mean the falling away of many who aren't able to do the same and would therefore, not feel too good about themselves if they were in your company.
But, be true to yourself anyway.

Visionaries

Visionaries are the luminaries in this world. They think big. They think vast. Their imagination touches the sky. They are expanding their horizons each minute and have little time for constricted and narrow thought processes.
Unfortunately, the fourth dimension eludes us. And in this three dimensional world, we tend to get more focused on the petty thinking patterns because we live a life of low vibration and low intelligence. And so, we tend to focus on the external world and on comparisons with other humans, and this takes away our ability for a larger vision.
It is like the frog thinking that it is the king of the well and there is nothing beyond the well.
I do hope some positive transitions will bring in positive trends and we will also start to become more expansive than restrictive, in thinking, imagining and manifesting.
