Soul Connections

“If I knew then , what I know now, I would have handled my life so differently “!

How many of us have said this to ourselves ? But , the point is.  We DIDN’T know. And now, foolishly, we beat ourselves up ! Absolutely not required.

Each of us chose our mother before taking birth. Why ? Because our agendas of life were connected. So, if the mother was going through a rough time during pregnancy, the child starts with a birth trauma.

The situation keeps changing . The parent and the child too keep advancing in their journey. Sometimes, love binds them

together.

Often, neither is aware of the larger canvas. But when one learns about soul connections and karma, that’s the starting point of the healing. We can’t do anything about past but we can definitely heal, heal, heal everything that we know is not right in our lives and that of our loved ones.

The one thing we need the awareness and to ask “why” , because only then will we find answers. Anything that does not feel right in your gut, or intuition or thoughts, needs to be addressed. Not tucked away somewhere.

Challenges

Who is a “sat guru”? “Sat” means the absolute and undeniable reality and “guru” refers to one who dispels the darkness.  Of what ? The darkness of ignorance of who we are . It has been often said that a guru finds you when you are ready. And this being ready could be the evolution of our soul through multiple lifetimes. It also appears that when you are in need of a guru, you may find one.

Whatever the ways, a guru is one who activates and guides the spiritual path. This does not happen suddenly unless it is the grace of the Almighty. We have to keep working on ourselves through a multilayered pattern of discipline directed to achieve this goal.

A true guru also energises a student to move ahead without him or her when the time comes and when the ignorance transforms into knowledge, studied, reflected and meditated on , before internalising it.

It is serious business because the transformation is on the gross, subtle and causal aspects of the individual. Today, an awareness is slowly creeping in , that goodness must be cultivated and harvested to embark on the path of purity and spiritual awakening. Different ways are available and any one can help if understood clearly .

Yes, there are challenges in the form of the many temptations the body and mind can fall prey to. And here is where a firm resolve that “I know this is good for me and my soul” works wonders.

Cleansing

When we make attempts with another human being to let bygones be bygones but receive no reply from there, what does it mean? And I am not referring to crimes, just small, ego driven differences..
Growing up, I was always taught that whatever the business with another person, it is never over until it is over: forgiveness from both sides.
I feel differently now. During your journey, it is only you who can work on yourself. Only you can forgive and forget, and become immune and neutral for your own sake. Of course, if both people can understand and forgive, nothing like it! But, you are not responsible for anyone's growth but your own.
Cleansing your own energies is your priority. Your choices and freedom of will are confined only to you. You cannot bring any change in anyone else unless they do so out of their own free will.
So many belief systems...so many wrong patterns of thinking! And we don't learn any better. We wait for the other person to change....just a case of our ignorant ego that doesn't allow sense to dawn.
So, there is just one, simple mantra if you have tried but not succeeded in building the bridge: LET GO....from thoughts because thoughts form memories and we store memories instead of letting go.
