Cleansing
Reflecting on the behavior on others is really futile. The mind is a vast ocean of desires, many complexities, memories and negativities along with the positives. It is the former that really persist. Somehow, the mind has a tendency to dwell only on its own well-being. And so, the ego will distort the truth a million times over for that false sense of well-being.
The modern-day human is so acquisitive that the prime feeling prevalent is a feeling of being threatened that some people seem better off in some aspects. It is so evident that fear rules. The fear of loss! Ironically, whatever we fear losing is already lost because it was never ours. And yet, we hanker after this mirage and see a falsity that masquerades as reality.
Minds are so afflicted that what is termed as “normal” is often just a figment of imagination, often a delusion. And far away from the actual reality.
The worst is trying to cleanse our inner pollution while surrounded by polluted minds. An uphill task, for sure! Many give up because it seems an impossible climb!
Yet, we have to start. The alternatives to this will lead us nowhere.

Recreation
I love this phase in which I have finally
found the desired balance between work and recreation. Everything has been a
lesson and everyone I have met has held a mirror before me. And I am so
grateful that the realization has been sweeping in slowly and steadily.
Happy is the mind that accepts what it
cannot change instead of wallowing in meaningless agony. Move on! You are a
unique soul even if people don’t view you or themselves as such.
Eckhart Tolle says suffering is self
generated. A hundred percent true when you actually reach that point. And no
arguments are left over in the bag of doubts.
What stops you from being happy people
situations and reactions? What? Think and you will realize that YOU can’t
handle what life presents. If you understand that often , in life, you have to
get used to long jump, high jump, hitting the ball right ( sometimes wrong) and
all this is just competing with yourself and bettering your last performance,
you will automatically start getting cleansed from all those polluted mindsets
that keep you in a whirlpool of negatives where you are just playing the blame
game and pointing fingers at life, at everyone but never at yourself.
Whereas, everything begins and ends with
the self and in the self. Ghalib’s words translated:
When I didn’t know my own mental state, I
blamed the whole world. But the day I perceived my shortcomings, there was no
one left to criticize.
My worst “enemy “may be my best friend
within my soul group.

Conversation
There is an academic world out there which
keeps your cerebral movements stimulated. Sometimes, you meet people who you
can listen to for hours. And there is always so much to learn if you have an
open mind during interesting conversations.
The world is such an incredible place if
you observe all its features.

Visionaries
Visionaries are the luminaries in this
world. They think big. They think vast. Their imagination touches the sky. They
are expanding their horizons each minute and have little time for constricted
and narrow thought processes.
Unfortunately, the fourth dimension eludes us.
And in this three dimensional world, we tend to get more focused on the petty
thinking patterns because we live a life of low vibration and low intelligence.
And so, we tend to focus on the external world and on comparisons with other
humans, and this takes away our ability for a larger vision.
It is like the frog thinking that it is the
king of the well and there is nothing beyond the well.
I do hope some positive transitions will
bring in positive trends and we will also start to become more expansive than restrictive,
in thinking, imagining and manifesting.
